Information we process
Nickname login stores a viewing preference in a Stats-only HttpOnly cookie for 30 days. The official website displays the same nickname through the Stats API; logout on either site deletes the cookie. Language stays in local browser storage. A nickname is not proof of ownership or editing permission. No new email/password or OAuth account is created. Legacy account records grant no login authority.
We process match records, rank, progression, in-game visibility settings, and player cards. Image management also stores your linked Discord ID, Minecraft UUID, binding time, and hashed one-use codes with their expiry. Legacy access lists are retained but unused in nickname mode.
For checkout, we process the order identifier, item and quantity, recipient Minecraft UUID and nickname, Tebex transaction status and identifier, and the age-confirmation timestamp and policy version. We do not collect dates of birth, identity documents, or raw card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to display public stats and cards, apply in-game settings, verify Discord image-management ownership, and protect the service.
Order data is used to verify payment, deliver or reverse items, handle refunds and disputes, and maintain legally required accounting records. Tebex processes payment credentials as Merchant of Record.
A nickname cannot prove ownership, so private stats are not available on the web. Player cards are public projections; a hidden level is omitted from the card response.
Retention and security
Discord linking codes expire after five minutes and can be used only once. In-game /discord unlink removes the binding and pending code. Images are managed only through the Discord bot. The database is not exposed directly to the public internet.
When you connect ConstaX to your Discord profile, the game server exchanges the authorization code Discord issues once, and keeps your Discord ID with an access token and a refresh token scoped to role_connections.write and identify, in a table only the game server reads. The tokens are used only to update the ConstaX entry in your profile: nickname, rating, tier, ranked wins, your level if shown, and the day you first joined. Removing ConstaX from Connections in your Discord settings, or /discord unlink in the game, stops the updates and deletes the tokens.
Contact the ConstaX team through the official Discord for account or privacy requests.
