ConstaX stats provides match records, competitive rank, profiles, and player-card features generated through the ConstaX game server.

Features or data availability may be limited temporarily for maintenance, security response, or game-server operations.

You must protect your account credentials and connect only Minecraft accounts you own. Do not disrupt another user or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its data.

Entering a nickname is not proof of identity. Manage visibility and card settings through your in-game account, and images through your linked Discord bot account. Check visibility before sharing a profile link.

Payments are processed by Tebex as Merchant of Record. ConstaX does not directly collect or store raw payment credentials such as card numbers. Review the settlement currency, taxes, and final amount in Tebex Checkout before paying.

The Premium Pass unlocks the premium reward track until the current season end shown before checkout. Pin is delivered in the displayed quantity to the confirmed Minecraft recipient. Gifts are allowed, so confirm the recipient nickname and UUID before paying.

You may request a refund for an unused item within seven days of payment. A refund, chargeback, or confirmed dispute reverses the delivered item first. If spent Pin makes the balance negative, gameplay remains available but Pin spending and further checkout are blocked until the balance is resolved.

When checking out, the user must select an 'I am at least 14 years old' checkbox. This is not identity or date-of-birth verification, and ConstaX does not request a date of birth or identity document through this confirmation.
